Uncontrolled things in life

Hello coffee Lovers,



First off to those still reading my blogs, thank you fully.  I have been in my feelings  lately even as a professional writer we all get a time where things happen and we can’t control it. Maybe that's why I write because I can control what happens next but in real life drinking my travel mug coffee I realize I can't control it.




What do we do when your life throws you a bunch of curve balls? Do we hit the ball off the field or do you strike out? Lately I feel like I have been striking out and  I am doing my best to stay positive. 

Do you ever feel like you have uncontrolled moments.I'm pretty sure you  have many people or should i dare say all people have these controlled moments. Such as unseen bills or accidents that you didn't see coming. Family emergencies. We would like to think we can control our lives and we might try our hardest to do so but it's not always what we want it to be. So what do we do then? How do we react? How do we feel?


Things happen that we can’t control and it might be overwhelming but the uncontrolled will soon be controlled even if it's not the way it hoped it would. When you feel like life is spiraling out of control can be overwhelming, but there are things you can focus on to regain a sense of control and navigate challenges more effectively such as :

 

  1. Focusing on the present moment and your immediate surroundings can help you manage anxiety and stress related to uncontrollable events.


  1. Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be a powerful tool for processing emotions and gaining clarity.


  1. Instead of dwelling on negative thoughts, try to reframe situations in a more positive light.


I know these things don’t fix the problem but it may make it just a bit more comfortable with the uncontrolled situation. I am working on it in my life with a added touch of coffee of course and i hope the best for your situation  as well until next time see you lattee
